If you know the state where the incidents took place, contact the press association in that state. For instance, Kentucky's press association is Kentucky Press Association. From that point, contact the state's press association...look for the city where the incidents took place...click on the newspapers in that city...contact them individually and inquire of the articles. Well, this might take a while. Hopefully you don't need this information by tomorrow. You have the internet at your fingertips. Since this is about college writing, I don't know where to find the actual articles. Every time I put in "Why I bought a gun" by Gail Buchalter and "Man Shoots Own Son", I get taken to books you can buy to learn how to effectively write.
