Other than the tie wraps that everyone is advising, try to eliminate the devices if possible. No one has invented wireless electricity yet...but you can do wireless network, keyboard, mouse, speakers. Other technologies to look at are PoE (Power over Ethernet), DoPL (Data over Power Line), but these are specialized not for home use.
If all else fails, hide them with a desk or make a big pot of spaghetti sauce, pour it on top, and dig in - yummy - haha!

You can buy long twist ties at the dollar store and use those to tie the cords together. For a little more you can get the package with stickies. You attach those to the furniture and run the twist tie through before tying up the cords.
My desk faces out into the room rather than in to the corner. I put video storage cabinets around the outside. Cords are hidden.

Tie them up off the floor with electricians wire ties. You can buy the stick on tie holders or just tie them up near the device they emit from. Even the dollar stores have packages of those in the tools section.

It is essential to have a lot of well positioned power bars. Just to give you an idea, we use 7 power bars in my apartment.
For most important or sensitive equipment (main PC, modem, router, etc), install a good surge protection power bar.
