Deleted internet files?

i deleted my internt files , and i'm tring to recover som info , any help

You can use data recovery software such as StompSoft's Recover Lost Data. This software should be able to assist you in the recovery of your missing data.

Did you delete all "temporary" internet files? Deleting these files is permanent and can't be recovered in the trash can - if you need to look for them, they are in Documents and Settings/Owner/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files

Only option you have is with data recovery software.
