we have 2 orginal Time magazines about the princess di, where would we sell those?

you can try eBay. i wouldn't think a local dealer would buy them, only because the marked is much smaller. EBay is good because it targets people across the globe, so your luck of finding a good buyer is higher.

i would suggest holding on to them for about 10 more years. they will only gain value with time. it hasn't been long enough for them to gain substantial value.
