The United States just had its 300 millionth birth last tuesday. 35% of the total population is now either black or hispanic. In order for your theory to be true, more african americans and hispanic people need to become members of the US Government and practice policy and resolution for their own race. That is the only way to "gain" influence in the numbers of any kind. And just as a side note, it is my understanding that its the fault of many of the "white" conservatives on the "hill" as to why these 2 groups of people have not advanced more than they have to date. Remove them, and your theory will happen. Any other way...and in 40 years....they will be in about the same place or worse. I wonder what the next disease injected into the minority populous will be now that aides is on the downswing in the U.S. Think about that.

individuals, that ask questions such as this are the ones that keep the alert level high, i mean, what do want to do??? and so what??? you and i more than likely will be pushing up daisies by then. by that time they all maybe going to wal-mart to get there benefits anyway. by the way this not the way i really think, but i just thought it would be something that you would like to hear.
