If you mean out of her mouth, then no. But if you meant she was throwing up and gave birth through the normal ways i.e naturla birth or c-section, that would be possible.

I have never heard of this before....no, this cannot happen. The baby can only come out through the vagina from the mother....any adult with common sense can tell you this.
