Not at all...this is ppl just looking to take advantage of anything simply b/c they are to lazy to earn it. Or ppl are trying to get awarded for their own stupidity. The sad thing is they'll prolly win like smokers who sue now although there are warnings on labels. So freakin stupid. Liberals allow this stupid sh*t to happen too...its sad...

Nope! Not at all! It is there choice to listen to it! & It was their fault for lsitening to it 24/7 on full blast!!! I swear 90% of the population are addicted to iPods!!!

But it isnt right to sue, exspecially if it comes with a warning!!!

No. This would go under the stupid lawsuit category. A petition could be started to make iPod lower the maximum decibel output, but to sue for damaged hearing is just stupid.

Yes, you have the right to sue anyone. However, whether you will win is another story.

It's going to be difficult to prove that Apple, Inc. forced you to turn up the volume to damaging levels. In fact, Apple probably has disclosures in their documentation. Umm...the pieces of paper that nobody ever reads.

Doesn't it make you wish that the govt would spend some research money and discover what type of people would sue such, and lock these people all together in a prison. All that is in the prison, is a motor home, a McDonalds, and a knife
