Germany a few years back has accomplished transporting a piece of light from one dark room to another. Who knows what New Mexico has accomplished !! statics say the majority of millionares live there...near the church of Scientology...you know...the ones with the titanium tabloids building the UFO landing pads...ask John Travolta , Tom Cruise, etc.....

Your delay doesnt come from wave speed in any case, there's a delay because it is going by ability of any such enormous volume of diverse routers and translators and all of that.
