Hm.... It won't let me see it, but you can resize the pic by saving it (or pressing Print Scrn on your keyboard) and editing it using MS Paint (if you use Print Scrn, go to Edit, and then paste) or some other program, like Photoshop. I would recommend Paint as a quicker and cheaper solution.

Go to Google, download their FREE Picassa program and do it your self.

duh? cannot view it, you can resize any picture by paint, photoshop, image softwares and more. of course you should download it first and upload it again.
