you have to elaborate.can't answer properly because your question confuses me. you are either asking if the countries themselves are close to each other which I would answer that greece and italy are neighbors.
Or you are asking if each of the countries' muslim populace are close? I'm not sure. But the Muslim all over feel that there is a brotherhood/sisterhood amongst them.
