Yes and they do. Of course I'm assuming you're talking about Historically Black Colleges and Universities and not just colleges that happen to be in predominately black neighborhoods. White students going to HBCU's are actually on a steady rise and I remember reading about that there are more white students going to HBCU's than black students going to schools with a majority of white students. In fact there are some HBCU's that now have a majority of white students and not black.

I don't think so. Because predominantly black colleges should help all people i would think try to recieve a education. I wouldn't think a black college would turn somebody down because they wasn't black?
