I would think we can't feel "tip top" every day so, sure, it's possible.

Bad days can happen for various reasons that you may not be aware of. A few things that can cause this is mal-nutrition, dehydration, the weather outside, lack of sleep, stress, boredom, lack of exercize.
My advise is; Have a nice, hot aroematic (scented) bath to relax your body and mind, drink a glass of orange juice to boost up your inner body and your nutrition level, then, if its nice outside, go for a walk either alone, with dog, or a good friend. That will help you to have some fresh air and exercize. If its not nice outside, then invite a couple friends over and rent a good movie, either scarey or funny, but something that will keep your mind off things and captivate your attention.
Take care! :)

You could be depressed, or have a mild chemical imbalance. I would discuss this with a doctor. Depression can even make you feel tired and unmotivated. Not just sad, yu can just start to lose interest in things you normally do.

Very normal but if it should continue for a few days, you might want to go to your doctor. I'm thinking with a good night sleep, you will feel better tomorrow. Have you eaten any nutritious food today. Hope tomorrow is better.

Yes, depression does not need a reason, it is caused bya chemical imbalance, see your doctor if you feel this way frequently.
