my daughter is 1 yrs old and when shes done srinking her bottle she sits in her playpen and lets it drip all in there.i clean it up as much as i can and i always think i got ita ll up but it stinks so bad like spoiled milk.any suggestions how to get rid of this stench?

bleach water will kill any germs and freshen things up. Make sure after you clean it that you wipe it back down with water. You may have to take the padding out and get in the creases of the playpen. If you cant get the smell out buy a new one they arent that expensive at walmart or target. Maybe its time to start weening off the bottle and start using spill proof sippy cups too????

How bout washing the playpen cover? Cant have a kid sitting in spoiled milk. uggggggggggggggggg

Under the vinyl is wood, or particle board, and it sounds like the milk got into it, through tiny cracks or tears in the vinyl that you can't see. There's no way to clean it now. Once milk soaks into wood and rots, there's nothing you can do.

Easy. Do the same thing I did. I learned to quit giving them their bottles in the playpen.

Make sure you use something that won't harm your baby. Clean with a mild detergent and rinse well. Then try PureAyre. It's very clean and no chemicals.

you evidently haven't gotten it all up... with all the fabric items and cleans it with baking soda and water solution... sit it outside in the sun to dry and air out... hopes this helps...
