geez... you've spent the time removing the belt, flushing the power steering fluid... and you are willing to go and replace the pump, which I'm sure isn't cheap... why not just take it into a mechanic and have them tell you the cause of the noise? I bet lots of them would spot the problem in a few seconds and not even charge you the full inspection fee... but either way, you'd know for sure. Take it to an independent shop or the dealer, not a chain then and explain what has been done already, you could also show them any paperwork from the other places. At many independent shops you maybe able to get a mechanic to come out to the vehicle, and even test drive with you to be certain that he understands exactly what noise you are complaining about. Which is also helpful in knowing that your mechanic is not a 19 year old oil changer. Call around and ask if anyone can perform this service for you because you have already taken in it multiple times and no one has identified the noise yet.

you are best off to get to it from under the car with a 12 inch extension, socket wrenck with a swivel.there is not much room to crank the wrench but have some patience and you will get it.

use a long socket extension and a long ratchet to remove the other bolt. the 14 millimeter bolt is very tight so don"t slip your hand or else you are going to get hurt.
