Not too sure what you mean. More details?

1) Talk to the person

-- Talking is always better than violence, silence, or revenge.

2) Don't attack the person; use "I" sentences instead.

-- "You are always ignoring me!" That's not good because you attack them by saying "You". Instead, try "I feel as though I'm ignored."

3) Don't make it a win-lose situation. Make it win-win.

Don't make it your way or the highway. Compromise in your solution.

4) Reinforce the relationship.

--Don't just criticize and discuss a problem. Discuss your strengths and how you can work together in the future.

5) If you have problems...involve others.

--Going it alone isn't always the best way. Involve a parent, teacher, friend, etc.

Hope that helped.

Open mindedness.
Say the problem out loud
Write out what you think the problem means
Think only that you can do it, not that you can not
Always think in a positive manner, it is possible to do this,
Reword the question in much the same way that it is asked
Look at it and decide if this is really what the problem was asking

Positive manners in which to Problem Solve
this is what I think you meant.
