Studio 60 on the sunset strip - NBC 10pm Mondays
*This is the newest west wing/american president endeavor. It is fantastic!!! The show revolves around the people behind the scenes of a Saturday Night Live type of Show done Live each week. It is very good.
Heroes - NBC 9pm Monday Nights. I got sucked in on the very first episode - each week reveals something else about all these random people that happen to have special various powers...... and then there is the dark side....
Friday Night Lights - NBC 8pm Tuesday Nights - This is an amazing show focused around a town in Texas obsessed with football. Great show...

Studio 60 is great, so I agree with the user who mentioned that!
Shark with James Woods is fab; terrific writing, great cast and the very hot Jeri Ryan- it's got it all.
Dexter- very bold and different.
Law and Order: CI & SVU- the new seasons are really good and I persoanlly think Connie Nielson is awesome!
House MD- been watching since it debuted- not a bad word on Hugh Laurie.
Any of the comedies on TVLand I love and I do have a penchant for Spongebob and Sabrina the teenage witch ( tell me who doesn't like the cat?! )

House, MD with Hugh Lawrie. It's a medical mystery drama show. House isn't a very 'nice' or 'lovable' doctor but he can usually solve his case within the hour. The show always presents twists and turns. It's graphic, so it makes you cringe, but it also leaves you thinking.

family guy, the class, ugly betty, veronica mars, boston legal, prison break, csi,law and order svu studio 60, smallville, desperate housewives, help me help you, robot chicken, entourage all are either very funny suspensfull or family shows ugly betty will hook you right in
