well if you want to do it the real web design way, u need to upload your mp3 file on a host. I'm not sure if myspace allows u to upload files to their servers or not, if they do, then that's where it should go. Then remember the link to it, it will look something like: www.hostname.com/myfolder/musicfile.mp3
Now the final touch: go to ur myspace page and add this line

well everyone is diff on myspace if you look on the top there is a blue bar and look for music on it and click on it and search up a artist/signer/band pick witch song you enjoy most in the music thing and click the add button next to it [next to teh song you enjoy]
The other sites im not sure xanga and all you cant put music on it like that you have to do very hard work
