Naked twister is fun with the right people. We play it at the nude beach sometimes and it's always great. Be prepared for a little "innocent" touching and body contact, but as long as you're with a fun group of people, you'll have a good time. Make sure that there are even numbers of guys and girls playing.

It's very fun, although... interesting... when you are forced to get into certain positions. It's the perfect drinking game.
