use a water based moisturiser and mix it with glycerine. use this on your heels everyday after a shower. When you're going to bed smear them with vaseline (quite a bit) and wear cotton socks. It does work. I used to have the same problem, and did this for 3 weeks and saw a uge difference. After 3 months they were smooth.

the savannah bee company makes a product called orange mint overnight foot treatment - it REALLY works FAST - put it on and wear socks to bed and in the morning you will notice a difference

On Tyras show they put Crisco on their elbows and wore socks and made the smoother and shiny. You could try that.

try baby oil on your cracked foot, and put a sock over it. soaking your feet too, and then putting lotion on them will keep them soft, and wearing comfy shoes too will help.

fruit of the earth cocoa butter with aoe and vitamin e works good on dry skin. I use it for my feet and hands. I got it at Walmart. good luck.

You can really use almost any foot lotion. Wearing the socks overnight is the key.
