Not being a Martian, I have no idea. However, if there is intelligent life forms in outer space, they would probably view our art with interest.

You'd never know unless you met one. I think it would be about the same as what a brocoli plant would think of fried chicken. Not good, not bad, but you could be pretty sure that if it did even think, you'd have no chance of understanding it on any kind of level that would make any sense to you at all anyway.
