The United States Deceleration of Independence List three aspects under unalienable rights of man. "Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness," is not just a statement but the founders thought it was so important that the would put it in the declaration of Independence. As long as the pursuit of happiness does not interfere with others pursuit of happiness or put them in danger than it should not be illegal.

I think all the drugs should be legalized so at least we can collect taxes on it and we know exactly where it is being sold. And maybe sober people taxes can go down b/c the knuckleheaded fools out there doing drugs and dealing drugs have to pay taxes too.
