Like anything, you need to do a combination of book learning, teacher student learning and then practice practice practice. practice makes perfect. Books....well go to hayhouseradio.com and you'll see. But also check your local New Age bookstore. And while there, check their bulletin board or ask about groups meeting in this area that practice and teach this or about getting a teacher. There may still be churches around that teach this. I learned for free from an old Spiritualist minister and from others adept at it in Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship back in the80's. Doubt you can find that anymore but there may be some kinds of metaphysical churches in your area that still do it.
It is a wonderful gift to develop. Please use it for the highest good.

I truly think that everyone is born with the "sixth sense." And just like every other sense, if you don't use it... you loose it. So if you don't know that it is there when you are little and you don't use it then it disapates. Just as if you put a patch over your eye and never used it, you would go blind in that eye. Or if you put a plug in your ear then you will eventually loose your hearing. It is the same with the sixth sense. Sometimes people have better than 20/20 vision and sometimes they have a great sense of smell, so why wouldn't it be possible for someone to have a great sixth sense. I was fortunate enough that my grandmother knew about the sixth sense because her mother was a medium and she actually saw things that most of us will never experience. I knew it existed and I have tried to let my children know about it. Sure some people think I'm crazy, but I know that it exists and don't want to loose it. You need to practice everyday. Do exercises with your mind like flip cards to see how many you get right, or do the shapes on cards to see how many you get right. One exercise that I do is have a friend think of something ... anything... and write down what they are picturing in their mind or cut out a photo and place it in a sealed envelope. At the exact time... miles apart... I try to think of what she is looking at and then when she brings me the envelope, I write my impression on the outside before we open it. Sometimes I am so close, but other times I am sooo wrong. But at least we try.... You have the sense... just use it!

You must be born with the gift. But you can do meditation to increase your center to bring forth a projection in your own life.

If you're large, try and eat less. If you're small, try and eat more. As a medium, you'll find a much larger selection of things that fit.

we are all born with this ability but only some will ever know their gift. Daily meditation will give you the ability to clear your thoughts and raise you to another level of conscienceness.

why do you want to be anyway? it's a gift, but you will lose the element of surprise since you will mostly know what's gonna happen.

(So sorry, I impulsively wrote the answer and submitted it without thinking. It struck my funny bone and I reacted instead of thinking. :( My sense of humor isn't always like other people's and I didn't mean to offend. Again, sorry!

If you're currently a large I suggest diet and exercise.
If you're currently a small I suggest Big Macs 3 times a day.

:>

Seriously though......it's a gift.
