Good luck on this one because it is personal preference. BE gentle at the start, but whatever you do if she starts to like it DON'T STOP!

I need to eat more when I have a Cross Country meet or a Lacrosse game. That's why my school has an a la carte selection. And if you go for the main meal, you can ask for less if you want. I do when it's spagetti because it's high in carbs and I don't want to take a lot of insulin. I think the portions are fine, who really cares about school lunch anyway? It's all bad. Besides, I won't be too happy, if I didn't eat enough and I pass out during a game or meet because I didn't have enough.
