I tried to use DOS but does not support Removable drives.

So how can I save my files before I restore my computer?

You know any Boot-Up software where I can copy my files to my drives, or backup hard drives?

disconect the harddrive and put it in another computer as slave, this could be a good option, if you have the time.

Best option is connect the hard drive to some other external hard drive - USB box and try. Its the best option.
If you dont have USB box then try connecting your hard drive as Slave in other PC.
If you want to use DOS.. Boot in DOS .. Create one folder in D Drive. Then use Xcopy command with /s option which will copy all files and folders.
Good Luck

U could buy a portable hard drive, a flash drive, and i think McAfee and Norton each have their own backup file or moving thing.
