i already make good music but whats some publicity ways to put my name out there like what can i do

any way any how, i wouldnt be picky, you've got age working for you. Dont refuse an opportunity to work a crowd no matter how lame you think it might be. Make sure you get some legit samples, if you think you've got what it takes, start networking, look for a producer that's willing to work with you on producing original beats. Seriously, go everywhere and anywhere you can find a decent crowd. Fairs, street markets, harvest festivals, parks, campuses, in neighboring cities as well. Dont feel like you can only work your local scene, getting a few samples in other cities tends to find its way into good hands. You need to be available for contact. Availability is probably no.2 - start practicing your callback and answering ethics. If people associate you with results, consistancy, availability, and exposure- I'd get together with a graphic designer and get some pamphlets out on HS and College parking lots.

The best thing to do is walk into nursing homes with a boom box on your shoulder turned all the way up. If all those pretending to be deaf whiners start yapping, you know you suck. Keep it going regardless of their comments. They're sure to eventually kick you out, which may lead to police involvement. Before you know it... you're on the evening news. No better publicity! Bingo.

One thing you could do when you hit EDIT for this question is attach an MP3 clip for a part of one of your songs. That way anyone who looks at this question can tell if you are any good.

well...the best thing to do is either my space or mixtapes when u make a mixtape goto colleges and high schools and sell them that should put u out there thats what i do.or u can make a my space page containing your music and tell everyone bout it.

start out on myspace or sumthing.. show ur friends ur stuff. and if they like it ask them to help u promote urself.. and if they dont then they arent real friends..make some banners of urself.. and make a music profile with ur music.. make a show with other rappers that u know..
