Just how slender are you to pull it off?

The dresses are straight with just a little flare at the bottom. We called them A-line dresses. You can use orange, lime green, hot pink or yellow colors or mix a few. Some dresses were made in color blocks-top right could be orange, top left yellow, bottoms pink and green. You can put a big buckle on front at the hips or waist with a belt made of the same material as the dress. You can wear a princess style dress with the high waistline made from a very small calico print material but I think the bright colored A-line would be better for a costume. One outfit I had back then was a navy blue and green horizontal stripped A-line dress made from knit and it had a large green button at the neckline. I wore green fishnet hose and green patent shoes that had clear square heels with it.It was really cute and everyone liked it.Make long lashes painted on your skin so you are almost like a puppet.Big eyes and long lashes and very short hair will do the trick.A little patent purse with a skinny shoulder strap will finish the outfit. Have fun!

!! HEY, I'm 14! 5'5 and 100 lbs! AND I"M BEING TWIGGY FOR HALLOWEEN TOO! Lost twin much? haha
Alright, so basically go to H&M, they have these extremely cute, MOD, short, patterned dresses. I swear you couldn't get more mod/Twiggy. It's short sleeved, mini, collared, and hot. There's a million patterns, so even if you don't like them, you can look at the pattern. Anything pyschedelic and patterened would work.

Also, be sure to side-part your hair, and wear false eyelashes, even if yours are dark, also draw eyelashes on your bottom lid.

wear conservative flats, like she did. She said on America's Next Top Model that she hated go go boots. Also, wear black tights if possible. This was a HUGE mod trend.

She was famous for her little girl look. Flat chested with skinny arms & boney knees. Her head had a boyish cut with a LOT of make-up that was quite overdone like a clown & her lips were pearl white or pastel pearl pink. She drew on her eyelashes directly onto her undereye area & glued on fakes to the top lashes. She was well known for wearing MOD clothing from the Carnaby Street Collections of England. Micro mini skirts with belts that were 1/3 of the length of the skirt & rested low on the hips worn with body suit shirts & ruffled overshirts that either tied in the front or were worn out with the tails hanging out over the skirt. Usually modified mens shirts were used to get these looks for the magazines. Leggings were always worn with chunky heeled shoes & squared off toes. Capes were also popular, as were knitted ponchos & bell sleeved shirts worn with long vests that almost were as long as the mini skirts! Neon colors were catching on & everyone had their bangs hanging in their eyes!

A-line mini dress in a bright color, white tights, white go-go (ankle) boots, short hair or wig w/the bangs made in points (pixie style). Light makeup w/pale pale pink lipstick, fake eyelashes -the spikey kind , drawn on lower lashes and black eyeliner. Check out the following website for lots of photos.

Okay - you will need black eyeliner so that you can do those little spiky eyelashes that she used to wear. Go to the thrift store and find an A-line dress - make it a mini. She also used to wear white or black go-go boots.

I really like long skirts. My bf prefers the brief ones. So my wardrobe is filled w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
