i bet evrybody knows the spice girls namely victoria(posh),geri(ginger),emma(baby),mel c(sporty) & mel b....they were the best girl band around during the early 90's with their hit single 'wannabe','mama' & many others.In 2000(if i'm not mistaken),they split up,all bcoz geri wanted a solo career.I have 2 questions to ask all of u?
1) Do u all think that with geri's absence from the spice girls would make them still sucessfull or you wish that geri will go back to the spice girls and make a new album?
OR
2)Since there's a new girl band around:Pussycat Dolls,do u think
they can take spice girls place as the best girl band around or do u wish to have the spice girls back?

The Spice Girls were really the best girl band during the 90s. I think that they would still be successful even if Geri's not with them anymore. After all, the fans loved the Spice Girls not just Geri. But the performance would be different if one of them is missing. They wouldn't be as spicy as they were. (^_^)
I really hope that the girls would get back together. Some sort of a reunion.
As for the Pussycat Dolls, these girls are really great performers. Although when it comes to voice quality, the Spice Girls are way better than them. But the Pussycat Dolls are better dancers.
And I don't think they'll be able to replace the Spice Girls. They're famous alright, but not as much as the Spice Girls.

Both the Spice Girls and the Pussycat Dolls are singing groups and not bands. An all female bands would be the Go Gos, the Runaways, Women of Sodom and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
I think the Spice Girls are a little too old for a new audience and most of the Pussycat Dolls are dancers with one singer.

well the spice girls were a good group. I was in my teens when they were big. I like the pussycat dolls better. I think the spice girls would not be the same with out Geri. She was the sexy vixen. That is my thought.

i wish the dpice girls were back because i don't think the pole dancer girls will ever replace them and i recon it could have worked with geri but they would not be able to replace her
