If you ended a relationship with either a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend and you had access to do a drivers license search on them, would you ever do it?

It would all depend on how the relationship went overall and how it ended.

Good to okay relationship and parting on good to okay terms--No.

Really bad, violent, abusive relationship, and/or if I knew my ex was a born thief--You betcha' sweet bippy I would and in a heartbeat. In such situations all bets are OFF as far as I'm concerned.

I believe that I would no longer owe any person who would treat me like that (or someone else as badly) any shred of respect or privacy or dignity. They forfeited all rights to being considered or treated as a member of the human race and deservedly so. And then I'd rat 'em out each and every chance I got with glee. Payback's a b**ch 'ain't it?...as well it should be.

Nah. We didn't have drivers licenses back in the day. So I can't say I could with regards to the Virgin Mary.

Can't say never, but I hope I would never have to. Only in extreme circumstances would I do a search.

No. There is no point if the person is someone I had a good reason to reject.

I know it's tempting. But my suggestion is not to do it because it will haunt you for the rest of your life.
