I'm doing a project for Tom Sawyer and i understand all the questions except this one. If you could help me that would be really really great. First one with good answer gets best answer.

Heres the question:
"What insights into life does the novel give the reader?'

tnx

Basically it's asking what lessons you've learned from the book that you can apply to life...I haven't read the book in a long time so I can't really help you there....

I haven't actually read the book so I'm not sure what I would put for that question but I know what it means.

It's pretty much just asking you what you've learnt from the book and what lessons/morals there are.

Especially for ' that time ' Tom and Huck learned that race and status really didn't mean that much, people were people and you accepted or rejected them on their own merrit. Their adventures with Jim, and meeting the numerous characters they encountered reinforced that.
