If you are talking about an item that is discolored by bleach...the answer it no. I happen to be allergic to bleach so I have to wash items in bleach then wash them again without to get the residue completely out before I can wear them without itching like I have poison oak or something!
Bleach removes the color down to it's natural pigment and sometimes beyond that to white...I would do as someone suggested, bleach it completely white then use some Ritz Dye and turn it the color you want.

Bleach is not something on your clothes, what bleach does is it eats away the pigments on them. That's why the spots are white, that is the original colour before they dye them.
I think there's nothing you can do, because if you try to dye the garment, for example, the spots will always be lighter than the rest.

Bleach does not stain, it removes the color. The only thing you can do is try to dye the spot the same color as your garment. Be careful with the bleach.

Not that I know of. You could dye the bleached clothes back to their orignal colour in the washing machine though

Nope. Bleach takes the color out completely. Once it is out there is not getting it back in.
