why did Paul Bremer gives his job to a man in Iraq with a 2 week training course, to manage and purchase military equiptment for the Iraqi army?

squandered, or stolen, with only pictures of new tanks and trucks, never delivered by contractors, Haliburton?

Oh and you just know the republicans wont believe it because the story about it was on a "liberal news program that lies" because they hate Bush and love the terrorists.
