I don't recommend talking to any of us. How about you checking out www.gamestop.com or how about www.gamespot.com to research. Go get the hard facts.

Okay. The PS3 is the best Mulitmedia Player ever! First of all it plays Blu-Ray Discs, Hi-Def DVDs, Regular DVDs, and CDs! A Blu-Ray Disc Player cost $1000 plus tax just to buy. I saw it this morning in a Circuit City salespaper. A Hi-Def DVD player costs $400 plus tax. A DVD player now costs like $50 for the best. This all together is over $1450 in less than 1/2 the price. Now add the Games! Wow, the graphics are life-like and the controller is better than any other system, except for the Wii! You have to tilt the controller slightly to turn and you still use the D-Pad and Joystick! If you are looking for the best entertainment center or game player get this, it has the future awaiting in it! This is the less expensive console if you ask me! (The only reason the Blu-Ray Player is so cheap in this thing is because Sony made Blu-Ray, and it won't last very long, too expensive, like $30 for a single movie.

You may be more satisfied purchasing a Xbox 360. Suprisingly the 360 and PS3 are nearly identical graphically. PS3 has yet to reveal it's "Live Killer" and I've heard long loading times and a terrible Sixaxis controller. The 360 is also cheaper and most of the games coming on PS3 will be on the 360.
