what was in the yellow envelope that leonardo gives to the doctor and what happened to it?

Leonardo had put in all the details about his innocence in that envelope along with a copy of the same audio tape he send to Matt Damon's place.
So after his death...Vera farmiga opens the envelope and gives all the details to Mark.
That's when mark goes and shoots Matt !!!

I assume there was stuff in there impicating Matt Damon. Not sure whatever happened to it. Nt sure who was the father of her baby either - was it Leo or Matt?

i was wondering the same thing. oh my gosh that show was the best. but that was one question me and my husband couldnt figure out
