im unable to scroll down on my page at all. the scroll bar is completly gone. how do i get it back?

Can you provide details as to scollbars in which application? And does that page have more information down? If you can host a screenshot of that in any website should be helpful..

Otherwise SCROLL LOCK key is the culprit behind non-working scroll bars!! See if that light is glowing on your keyboard. If so switch it off.
