What experience of Finasteride in control of post TURP small clots?

Will welcome any replies from urologists or patients as I seem to be stuck with taking 5mg twice weekly

it will only help with prostatism symptoms not with the clots, clots may reduce and disappear within a few days, sometimes taking upto a few weeks, just stay in touch with the urologist at least on the phone, good luck
