I want to burn music onto a dvd disc but as mp4 . All my music is in itunes in mp3 format, can i move them to a different folder and have them as regular audio files?

There aren't too many free audio converters do that. If you have an audio editing program it is probably just as easy to record on that while playing the wma on, say WMP. Save the recorded file as MP3 but use an encoder like 'lame' and get the bitrate up to at least 160 or better. (VBR is best)
