In most states you can carry a stun gun as long as it isn't concealed. That means it has to be openly displayed.
Now certain areas may not allow stun guns or any other weapons in certain places (schools, private property, etc) ; so check with your local law enforcement agencies.

though i'm only 13, i'm well aware of our rights as american citizins. yes, you can carry a stun gun around-just not on government grounds, like a public school campous. but you just can't use it just to use it. you can use it though, when you are in fear of your life.
