The Truth is what is. The False is people's opinions about what is. Opinions and beliefs do not lead to truth but to the delusions of being "right".

It is very simple, and you really know the answer already.
Truth is what really happens .
False is what " clever " (not) people tell you to avoid the full implications of what really happened.
Truth is telling what really Is.
Lies are not part of 'real' reality .... although in our world lies can cause a great deal of terrible troubles.
Hatred is one of the biggest lies.
You can figure it out ... and that's the truth.

PS Laughter is very healthy and usually caused by a truth. Yeah I read some of the other answers ... and I liked them. There are allot of nice people in this world.

Deep inside you, you know what the difference is between goodness and evil. If you choose evil, karma may not hurt you directly right away, but in someway, somehow, eventually you will be hurt. Listen to your heart. Don't lie to yourself. You know the difference, you have to listen to God. He's inside each of us because he is our creator. Just listen silently and closely. Turn off the TV, turn off the radio and the wild horses of your head will quiet. Just sit still quietly and listen to your heart. That's truth.

False: Humans know GOD so well, we have full understanding. We are so smart.
Truth: Laughter is healthy.
