I don't believe any player of that name ever played major league baseball.

No **** Garett (or any variations on the spelling) ever played in the majors. The closest name I found is **** Groat, who played for the Pirates for most of his career, then spent the last few years of his career with the Cardinals, Phillies, and Giants.

there were only 4 garretts(none with just 1 r) to play in the majors........adrian, clarence, greg and wayne.
