bought a cd case and it had an old sales sticker on it and when it was removed, it left really bad sticky on the case

SOS pads work on plastic.
For glass use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover

The best product out there is Ronsonol lighter fluid. It is the fastest most effective way to get rid of the label and the sticky residue

My wife uses Googone. It is odorless and stainless. You can buy it at a craft supply store like Michael's or a scrapbooking store.


BTW, WD40 will leave a chemical smell.

Rubbing alcohol usually works well.. Dab it on some cloth and rub away...
