Bulbs like tulips need a chill period as stated in other posts. If you live in a zone where you get frost, plant them now outside. Sometimes they will rebloom in spring, but sometimes they won't because of how they went dormant (leaves have to die naturally) or because they were forced and all the energy was spent for the flowers. If you try and nothing happens, you lose nothing, so I say go for it. Plant them with the pointed side up at least 6-8"deep.
Good luck!

They need a certain number of chill hours in order to bloom. Stick it in your fridge for a few weeks. You cannot have carrots or apples in the fridge or they will ruin the bulbs. Then see if they grow again!

I believe it depends on how you stored them--was it in a dark, cool place, not in soil? If so, they might.
