Dependent on what country your in, it is recommended that pap test are down every two years, more if a change has been detected, from 18-70 years of age, (Australia).

Pap smears show changes in the cervix, and can pick up cancer cells. Pap test are not 100% accurate, but is the best method of detecting cell changes. As unpleasant as they are they are worth having done.

Sex is not the question here. You should never stop having paps. Environmental factors and physical changes can cause abnormalities in our system. For your health, talk to you doctor.

Never, especially if you're sexually active. A pap can tell whether cells are abnormal.

You should have them every year. A virus, such as HPV, can hide in cells, even for decades, before showing up. i do *believe* that over 35 you can get them every 2 years, but you should keep getting them. Yes, even if your girly parts are removed. My mom, for example, still gets paps.
