No..it is a serious, deadly weapon. Think about this, police have been carrying guns for how long...it is only in the last year that police where I live have started carrying tasers...and there has been much controversy...you can kill someone with one, and you are more likely to use it less discriminatingly than a gun because it doesn't "seem" as harmful.

Sure. Why not? If you can legally purchase one you should be able to carry one. You need to check on your local laws. In my state if you can legally own a handgun then its ok to carry it holstered on your hip without a permit. A permit is only required here for concealed carry. I can buy stun gun through the mail if I wanted one. So I'm sure I could carry a stun gun to without any problem.

It depends on the state - local laws may vary (Thanks! I've always wanted to say that!). In New York where I live, no, not unless you are law enforcement.

a "stunt" gun is looked at as the same way as a real gun. same laws apply.
the same with selling fake drugs. same laws apply.
dont do it, its stupid.

a stun gun is not a lethal weapon at all, nevertheless, you cannot carry one any weapon that is concealed, is a concealed weapon, knife, gun stun gun, brass knuckles, slap jack etc. most states it is a 2 deg felony
