Many things. Is the feeling the same all over your foot or is it different. You may have some nerve damage. It could be anywhere on the nerve but the most common place is in the spine. Do you have any lower back pain? Either way you should see a nuerosurgeon. Call you docton and insist on an MRI. Good luck.
PS Next time don't ask a bunch of strangers who probably don't have any idea in the first place.

Sounds like something is pressing on a nerve. If they still don't move by tomorrow a.m. better get checked out.

You have probably damaged the muscle in some way that controls the movement in your toes......
