12x --- regular
8(x + .11) --- premium
12x + 8(x+.11)= 23.08
12x + 8x + .88 = 23.08
20x + .88 = 23.08
20x = 22.20
x = 1.11
regular = 1.11
premium = 1.11 + .11 = 1.22
