I'm trying to find out when trick or treating is for latrobe pa. I am new to the area?

On November 10th, but I heard that they made wearing costumes illegal in Latrobe, so it's hard to tell the trick or treaters from the normal folk. Latrobe's a wacky place.

I would guess that Latrobe, Pennsylvania is no different than any other place in the us. You trick or treat on halloween, the 31st!
