There are so many to choose from...
-- the "You can't handle the truth" scene from A Few Good Men
-- the evolution debate at the end of Inherit the Wind
-- the scene in Mister Roberts where the crew learns Lt. Roberts had died
-- the scene in Shawshank Redemption where it is explained how Andy escaped

Ok I have tons of favorite scenes in millions of movies but i will try to narrow it down....
In Boiler Room (the Wall Street of the 20 something's generation) the scene where Giovanni Ribisi gets a live "wanting to buy stock" caller on the phone. He yells "RECKO" at the top of his lungs and all the senior brokers start running towards him over tables to get to the phone first. Vin Deisel makes it to him first and knocks him to the floor in the process by accident....
Then Vin Deisel sells the doctor on the phone a ton of stock and tells the guy he is the son of the owner of the company. HE makes the sell and then he simply says... "DONE and DONE". It is fantastic!!!!!

What first comes to mind is the blast-off and escape from Mos Eisley in the Millenium Falcon from Star Wars Episode 4. I love the rapid-fire, in-your-face banter between Luke and Han.
"Well, why don'tcha outrun 'em, I thought you said this thing was fast!"
"Watch your mouth, kid, or you're gonna find yourself floating home! We'll be safe enough once we make the jump to Hyperspace. 'Sides, I know a few manuvers, we'll lose 'em!"

1. Beatlejuice - when the cast is sitting around the table and Beatlejuice has them all singing the Harry Belafonti song Day-o and they are singing and dancing. It cracks me up everytime I see it.
2. St. Elmo's Fire - not only one of the best soundtracks IMO but -
when Jules locks herself in her apartment and everyone comes running to her aid even though they are all going through their own personal hell. True friends no matter what.

I would have to say the action scenes in the bourne series, they're quick, deadly, and authentic.
