All the above. The jump kills you because you shouldnt have jumped in the first place, the fall kills you because you'll probably have a heart attack before you land, and if you dont die before you land, youre certainly dead now unless your superman.

Could be any one of those. You could get shot and killed, causing you to jump, or more likely to fall, or you could have a heart attack during the fall and die, or you could live through the jump and the fall and splatter all over the rocks and die.

I'm guessing it's the landing... since that's where the impact is. Unless you are in mid-air when suddenly... let's say... you are shot, then it would definately be the jump.

Depends on how high up you are. If you're really high up... you're a corpse before you hit the ground, because you lungs give out from the change in air pressure.
