I think you should blame the executive marketing heads first and foremost, if an anime becomes successful then only naturally will there be opportunists to make a quick buck. It's absurd to hold a grudge over an entire form just because of the success of a few series. I don't see how trading card games would directly effect your life unless you worked in that expertise.

I don't get sick of anime but i do get sick of filler episodes and crappy english dubs of anime, and trading card games don't bother me much except when tons of people gather around the lunch table and start blabbing, "You have to tap your Evil Sludgemonster before you can attach another mana. No I don't you idiot, i all i need is 2 Tree mana to play him as a special summon which allows me to blah blah blah..." and arguing over stupid crap like that. I've played with pokemon cards before but it didn't last too long, and I never got all nerdy over it.
As a side comment, what i really get sick of is RAP MUSIC... i'm forced to listen to it on my busride to school and i have to put up with wiggers at school who listen to it on their friggen iPods...

i freaking love anime ya there r alot of gay ones out there and a lot of boreding parts but o well. And ya that pokemon crap needcs to go to hell but i do u like one card game Magic the gathering now thats not anime or a show its just some hard core old school s-h-i-t man ya pz

I like anime and theirs 180 sumthin episodes of Naruto. But as for trading cards... Who in their right mind pays 3 dollars for 10 pieces of paper. CUZ thats all they're. For the people making these cards, they make like 2.75 cents off each pack they sell you. WHAT A RIPOFF. But Anime is cool and I will stick to that.

I've never been remotely interested in trading card games, and like any type of media, there is some anime series I like and some I don't.
