And we are talking about ANY GIRL, even the ugliest:
1.- First and always first: good teeth. This may be expensive, but is for the rest of your life...people will notice this even if you don´t smile...smiling a lot cause wrinkles...
2.- A lean body..very cheap, just don´t eat what you don´t need. Better still: exercise...can do it at home, no cost.
3.- Once you have teeth and body, go to FACE. The most important part of your face it´s its center: try a good line for eyebrows, separate them a little from you nose. Always wear mascara, lipstick and some kind of foundation for skin, specially on the nose and in between the eyes. Again, not so expensive.
4.- Hair: a good haircut. And always a clean hair.
5.- Then go for the rest, clohtes, perfume, attitude etc, etc, etc.

Some people can spend lots of $$ and time on trying to improve their appearance but the one thing you can buy is inner happiness which will do more to improve your appearance than any $1000 top or cosmetic surgery.
But my top 5 other than that are:
1. Look after skin with correct skincare products
2. Good haircut and colour
3. Professional advice on clothes to help hide/highlight features
4. Colour consultation and makeover
5. Work on the way you hold yourself when you walk and sit.

Well, a couple are:
1)plucking eyebrows can make a world of difference it opens the eye up and makes your eyes the center of attention, just get it done at a salon, trying it at home can cause MAJOR embarrasment...and dont shave them off!
2)a new hair style-getting a new hair style can improve your appearance as well,as long as its a flattering cut for your face shape(a link at the bottom)
3) a new hair colour can aswell enhance your look as long as it is the right colour
4)makeup is also a good way to enhance your look
5)coloured contacts can dramatically change your appearance!!!

1) Plastic surgery
2) Liposuction
3) Breast implants
4) Botox
5) Use of a Tanning Bed
haha just kidding, sounds like something Paris Hilton would say. but the truth is just to be happy, confident, wear things that make you feel pretty, smile, and do things for other people. Not only will that make their day, but it makes you feel good.
you probably wanted to hear hair styling tips or ways to put on lip gloss. But those things you'll later realize aren't that important.

1) get a good haircut
2) don't get your hair colored. Most 16 year olds have beautiful hair that perfectly coordinates with their eyes and skin. Don't mess with mother nature. You'll be coloring your hair from about age 35 on, so enjoy your hair while it's still has a deep, rich, natural color.
3) wear very subtle make-up. no blue, green, or purple eye shadow, no thick eyeliner, no false eyelashes, and no unnatural looking lipstick. Your skin is perfect in its color and texture now (acne not withstanding) so enjoy it.
4) flattering clothes that fit. no tummy sticking out from under too-tight or too-short tops..
5) a good bra

1. eyebrows-don't want them bushy, but not too thin either
2. smile-make you stand out and approachable, even if you're teeth aren't perfect
3. posture-don't be slumped over and walk like a man, guys like feminimety (sorry can't spell) :]]
4.makeup-don't wear too much because it makes you look fake and insecure, just cover your blemishes and keep a natural sparkle!
5. confidence-know that you look good and you don't need anyone to tell you that...but be careful not to come across as stuck up or arrogant!
I hope this helped! :]]

1- confidence
2- smiling
3- non-disheveled appearance
4- clean
5- BEING YOURSELF
And no make-up. Be confident in your appearance. Have some self-esteem. Be natural. Be you.
Let your unique features stand out.
Show off that fluffiness.
Don't hide those freckles.
And put on that smile.

1) Cleanliness - includes hair.
2) Simple makeup appropriate to face
3) Appropriate fitting clothing. Slutty or cult (goth) clothing looks stupic and immature, even on adults. If you want to be stylish, be careful not to be too edgey, else it looks slutty or cultish.
4) Attitude - smile and carry yourself with pride; a big turnon to appearance. Drop dead gorgeous women that sneer, lie or otherwise dimish themselves are not attractive WHat people do is attractive to me.
Thats what I look for.
